CANCELLATION POLICY
Late Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. * A 10-minute grace period is allowed. * Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to shorten their service or reschedule. * Arrivals 15+ minutes late will be considered a cancellation and charged accordingly. ⸻ Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. * A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. * Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. ⸻ Same-Day Appointment Fee Same-day bookings are subject to a $20 convenience fee. This fee reflects the effort to accommodate last-minute scheduling and ensure availability.
